T-Cell Receptor (TCR) profiling: comprehensive study of T-Cell Receptor (TCR) diversity in human tissues (e.g. blood) to estimate an immune system status and its changes under conditions of autoimmune disease or infection.
Evrogen has launched TurboFP650 and NirFP – fluorescent proteins, emitting in the near-infrared part of the spectrum. Both reporters are characterized by high photostability and significantly brighter than existing analogs. The recommended applications include whole body and multicolor imaging.
Genomic DNA normalization: Effective elimination of high-abundant young repetitive elements and satellite DNA from genomic DNA. Normalized DNA is suitable for further next generation sequencing.
Evrogen offers new service options become available generation of various types of uncloned normalized cDNA for further next generation sequencing.
Evrogen has developed special antibleaching medium DMEMgfp for effective visualization of cells expressing green fluorescent proteins.
Evrogen has launched new highly sensitive FRET-based sensors Casper3-BG and Casper3-GR intended for early detection of apoptosis in living cells. The sensors respond on caspase-3 activity onset at the beginning of apoptosis, when only a fraction of the caspase-3 substrate is cleaved.
Evrogen has launched the improved variants of green and far-red monomeric fluorescent proteins, TagGFP2 and mKate2. The advantageous properties of the new reporters make them an ideal choice for in vivo protein labeling, whole body imaging, FRET and multicolor applications.
TagFPs collection of monomeric tags for protein labeling is expanded with novel blue fluorescent protein TagBFP. TagBFP possesses bright blue fluorescence with excitation/emission maxima at 402 and 457 nm, characterized by high photostability and extremely high pH-stability.
Narrow fluorescence emission peak of TagBFP provides for accurate and easy spectral separation with cyan and green fluorescent proteins and makes it a preferable tag for multicolor labeling. Good overlap between the emission spectrum of TagBFP and the absorbance spectra of TagGFP2 allows using these two proteins as a FRET pair.
New ready-to-use subcellular localization vectors allowing easy labeling of cellular proteins and subcellular structures are added.
New service levels are added expanding the range of custom normalized cDNA products available. An option of preparing normalized cDNA over 2,5 μg is recommended for convenience of 454 sequencing users.
Novel vectors and vector sets encoding TurboFPs fluorescent proteins are added to the product line.

Two novel far-red fluorescent proteins are added to the product line: a superbright and fast-maturing TurboFP635 developed for cell labeling within living tissues; and
bright monomeric TagFP635 for protein localization studies.
Case12 – a novel fluorescent indicator for Ca2+ ions:
Case12 is a high dynamic range genetically encoded fluorescent sensor for detection of intracellular Ca2+ changes. The sensor allows direct monitoring high-frequency Ca2+ oscillations in the cell. In response to Ca2+ concentration rise, Case12 shows up to 12-fold increase of fluorescence brightness.
Novel tools for in-cell labeling of actin and tubulin filaments:
Evrogen offers novel mammalian expression vectors for cyan, green, yellow and red fluorescent labeling of actin and tubulin filaments in living cells.
Novel antibodies against Evrogen fluorescent proteins:
Evrogen offers novel rabbit polyclonal antibodies for detection of Evrogen Fluorescent Proteins in different applications.
Monomeric red fluorescent protein TagRFP: Evrogen offers novel monomeric bright red fluorescent protein TagRFP suitable for protein labeling.
True-red fluorescent protein TurboFP602: Evrogen offers novel fast maturing true-red fluorescent protein TurboFP602 suitable for cell labeling in autofluorescent environment.
