Evrogen offers PCR kits based on two DNA polymerases – Encyclo and Tersus. Both enzymes provide an antibody-mediated hot-start ensuring highly specific and sensitive PCR amplification. Encyclo polymerase produces high yields of PCR products from a wide variety of templates and is suitable for most PCR and primer extension applications, including the amplification of difficult templates and long PCR. Tersus polymerase is a high-fidelity enzyme mainly intended for cloning and other applications requiring low error rate amplification.
