Labeling of endoplasmic reticulum:

Transiently transfected HeLa cells expressing fusion of human calreticulin ER targeting signal and KDEL peptide with mKate2 (A) and FusionRed (B). The fusion protein is localized in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum.
