How to order Evrogen services

To estimate an order price and discuss service related details, please complete a Service Pricing Request Form On-line or contact us via e-mail service@evrogen.com to specify the service you desire; service level (if any); order size, brief description of samples including nucleic acids you plan to provide, nucleic acid amount(s) and source(s); other materials you plan to provide; output materials you desire; and special instructions.

To place an order, please download and fill out Evrogen Service Ordering Form (pdf) and send it to Evrogen via e-mail to service@evrogen.com or by fax +7(495)988-4085. The forms are editable in Acrobat Reader. Please type your data in the blank fields (do not hand write).

Evrogen Service manager will contact you within a few days. After clearing up all details of the service of your interest, we will send you a Price Quote via e-mail in accordance with your order details.

To initiate the order, we will need to receive a copy of the related Purchase Order (PO) via e-mail (service@evrogen.com) or by fax +7(495)988-4085.
